Delphine leads investor relations and fundraising activities at Elaia, serving as the primary interface between the firm and its limited partners. She oversees LP communications, fundraising processes, annual meetings, and reporting. Beyond her investor relations role, Delphine serves as general counsel of France Digitale and French Tech Grand Paris, and sits on various boards.
Prior to Elaia, Delphine worked for over ten years in the venture industry in Paris. She spent seven years as general counsel of Partech Ventures, where she handled fund structuring, legal operations, and compliance. She then transitioned to investing, gaining exposure to fund investment at Korelya Capital and early-stage investment at Founders Factory. Delphine started her career as a tax and fund structuring lawyer at international law firms Willkie, Farr & Gallagher and Paul Hastings, developing expertise in private equity fund formation and tax optimization.
Delphine's combination of legal expertise, investor relations experience, and deep ecosystem involvement makes her a strategic asset to Elaia's institutional fundraising and LP management.
Delphine holds degrees from University Paris Dauphine PSL and University Paris II – Panthéon Assas, an LL.M. in Taxation from N.Y.U., and is admitted to the Paris bar (2004).
