Florian Denis

Florian leads investments in biotechnology and digital health. He works closely with founders and management teams to shape company strategy, refine development plans, and strengthen their competitive positioning. He supports companies in navigating key strategic decisions, from early development and financing to long-term value creation. His sector expertise spans therapeutics, AI-driven drug discovery, clinical development technologies, and digital health.

Prior to Elaia, Florian worked as an Equity Research Analyst within the healthcare division of Société de Bourse Gilbert Dupont (Société Générale), where he covered European biotech and medtech companies, developing deep expertise in scientific assessment, company analysis, and capital markets. Before that, he was an Associate at Auriga Partners, a European venture capital firm focused on healthcare and technology investments.

This combination of venture capital and public-market experience provides Florian with a broad perspective on company building, strategic positioning, financing, and value creation across the life sciences ecosystem.

Florian holds a Master in Management of Technology and Innovation from Université Paris Dauphine, Mines ParisTech, and ENS, as well as an MSc from Sup’Biotech Paris.
