Gemma Gil Romero

Gemma focuses on office operations, facilities, and administrative support at Elaia, ensuring a smooth and welcoming working environment for the team and visitors.

Prior to Elaia, Gemma worked in hospitality after arriving in France in 2006, holding various positions at independent hotels and international hotel chains, including within operations departments where she managed guest services and facilities.

Gemma holds a degree from École Hôtelière à Barcelone (UAB).
