Justine leads strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives at Elaia, working closely with leadership on firm-wide priorities and operational excellence.
Prior to Elaia, Justine was Chief of Staff at LumApps, coordinating projects and communication across the company from CEO/board/Excom to local operations on three continents. Before that, she held various roles at a French fintech, from key accounts sales to financial and legal responsibilities.
Justine holds an MSc in Management & Economics from HEC Paris.
