Léonor Landeau

Leonor focuses on early-stage investments at Elaia, with a particular interest in application-layer AI across retail and regulated industries.

She brings a distinctive operator background shaped by seven years building products across early-stage B2B startups in New York and London, including as Founding Product Manager at Wizia, an AI-powered sales platform, and Senior Product Manager at Sunday following its $100M Series A. During her MBA at INSEAD, she deepened her investor perspective as a Visiting Associate at Cherry Ventures, focusing on early-stage software and AI B2B investments across Europe.

Leonor holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MS from Columbia Business School, and a BSc from the London School of Economics.
