Pauline Roux
Pauline leads Elaia's early-stage tech digital investment strategy across a broad range of sectors fueled by AI disruption. She brings long experience structuring and scaling companies on the international scene. Beyond investing, she serves on the Venture Council of Invest Europe, has been a Board Member of France Invest and co-president of their Venture & Growth commission, regularly gives valuation classes, and mentors at several tech acceleration programs in Paris.
Prior to joining Elaia, Pauline worked in investment banking at Bryan, Garnier & Co, where she executed M&A, fundraising, and IPO transactions for the tech sector, advising high-growth companies through critical inflection points. She began her career as an Equity Research Analyst at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux and Genesta Finance, covering European listed small & midcap stocks in the tech industry, where she developed deep sector expertise and financial analysis skills.
Pauline brings strategic vision, advisory experience on execution and a strong network for fundraising and key business relationship. She is known for her hands-on approach to helping portfolio companies scale commercially and navigate financing milestones.
Pauline holds an MSc in Management from EM Lyon Business School and studied at Corvinus University of Budapest.
