Philippe Gire
Philippe co-founded Elaia in 2002 and has been instrumental in building the firm's operational infrastructure and strategic direction.
Prior to founding Elaia, Philippe spent 16 years at Accenture, rising to Managing Partner in 1996 where he oversaw more than 3,000 employees across multiple geographies. He was responsible for IT services solutions and launched Accenture's Corporate Venture fund, giving him early exposure to the intersection of large-scale operations and innovation investment. In 2000, he joined Valeo as President of the Valeo Ventures Investment fund, VP Strategy and e-Business, and served as a member of the Valeo Group Executive Committee, where he drove corporate innovation and venture strategy.
Philippe's experience scaling both consulting operations and corporate venture funds informs Elaia's hands-on, operational approach to supporting tech and deep tech founders.
Philippe holds a degree from École Polytechnique (X 1976).
