Sacha Loiseau
Sacha currently serves as CEO of Mauna Kea Technologies, Chairman of Therapixel, and sits on the board of several portfolio companies. He brings extensive operational experience in building and scaling medtech companies. In 2013, he was appointed co-head of France's medical device reindustrialization plan and co-founded MedTech in France, where he serves as Vice-President, making him a central figure in the French medtech ecosystem.
Sacha provides strategic guidance to Elaia's medtech and digital health portfolio companies on product development, regulatory strategy, commercialization, and partnerships with healthcare systems.
Prior to medtech entrepreneurship, Sacha worked as an astrophysicist at CNES (the French Space Agency), the Paris Observatory, and NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, California.
Sacha holds a degree from École Polytechnique and a PhD in astrophysics.
