Sandra focuses on executive support and operational coordination across Elaia and Lazard Elaia Capital's leadership team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Prior to Elaia, Sandra worked at XAnge as Executive Assistant and Office Manager for almost six years, then at a multi-family office where she organized operations across the company.
Sandra holds a degree in Human Resources from University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
