Sophie Digard

Sophie leads people strategy and organizational development at Elaia. She brings expertise from blue-chip companies in building high-performance teams and culture.

Prior to Elaia, Sophie founded Ultreïa, a coaching and consulting business. She previously served as HR Director at The Coca-Cola Company and McKinsey & Company.

Sophie holds degrees from ESCP Business School and École des Psychologue Praticiens.
